After 50+ years since we attended Hialeah High School, we would be hard pressed to recite the wins and losses by our boys and girls sports teams, the courses we took, much less the teachers we had in those courses. And finally, who can recall the classmates who were in each of our classes or clubs in which we were involved? However, if we go back to our senior yearbook, we see photos or lists of names that help us bring back memories that have long gone from our brain cells. I am sure I am not the only one that pulls out our senior yearbook whenever someone joins our website to figure out how we might have known each other? If you didn't know or remember, Toni was the Editor of our senior yearbook, the 1963-1964 Hialeah Highways. I was very sorry to learn that Toni is no longer with us. However, Toni provided me with a yearbook that I consider priceless, a book that I will cherish for the rest of my life. Toni lives on forever through our yearbook. I wonder if she knew the impact she would have on our class when she put our yearbook together our senior year?
