I met Dennis Gormley in 1963. We were classmates in Auto Shop and quickly became close friends. Upon graduation in 1964 we stayed in contact and he was one of our dearest friends. The sense of loss for his wife Sandy, Lynda and I and other classmates that stayed in touch with him is one of life's heartaches. Our time together at the Mecum Car Auction in Kissimmee was about as good as it get's. He was a wonderful friend to all who knew him and just an all around good guy who will be sorely missed.

I went to Elementary School with Dennis. So you might say I have known him most of my life. I remember him as funny, quick witted, and fun to be around. He was easy to get to know and was a true friend to all. Like so many of my life long friends and acquaintences you loose contact over the years and across the miles. One can only hope that if worthy we will see one another on the other side one day.
